The ghost is back in the machine

Post by tuffduck »

It appears the ghost is back. We keep getting errors. Everything has been fine until yesterday. Since the first time: bearings have been replaced, the ethernet cable as well as the computer motherboard.

Yes, replace it with a known good or new unit. I usually have a couple on the shelf.

I haven't really seen them go bad, but have had a few bench testing incidents, and I didn't want to have to wait for them to be shipped. Besides, they're cheap

It seems there are a variety of bones to choose from; black, blue, green...is there ONE that is compatible or will all of the above work?

That's a BB Black Industrial, I believe the only one that works is the Seeed Studio BB Green.

There is also at least two versions of the BeagleBone green, one has wifi on it. Maybe Keith will list the correct model that Centroid uses.
