Program won't run after loading job
Just finished my router build. I am using Tecnic servo motors a Avid 3 HP spindle and VFD from them. And Centroid Acorn. Problem is after I created a job with V Carve Pro and put on the all in one computer that I bought with the Acorn. I home out the machine set the tool height with the touch plate and push Cycle start it goes back to home . I have no idea what I am doing wrong ran a report and am including some screen shots.

Re: Program won't run after loading job
If you are reaching the X limit as shown in the second photo you may need to set the part zero away from the home position. Line 330 X and Y are trying to go negative but your machine coordinates are at 0,0 so there's nowhere to go. If your part zero was at the top right your machine coordinates would be X > 4 Y> 2 so there is room to travel. Setting part zero can be seen in this video

Re: Program won't run after loading job
As lavrgs suggested you need to setup your part zero position. (That video happens to be a quickie video I created)
F1 Setup F1 Part follow the on screen instructions
Let us know if this helps.
Couple of things in your report
You need to upgrade to CNC12 4.64
It appears you have not set up your soft limits

Re: Program won't run after loading job
I watched the larvgs video and got the program running, but cutting air 1 inch above part and about 2 inches in the y neg. I will find your video and watch, found one from cnckeith on z zero set up. Just now got back to the shop. I will install v 4.64 and set the soft limit on the z to -6. next time I respond I will include a new report. Thanks blksmth
