I'm currently running a Unidrive M200, one to three phase VFD that I have wired to the "ACORN_rev4m GENERIC VFD" S14983.DWG wiring diagram (I have attached a picture). I'm using the fault reset relay to move the drive out of inhibit. When I run a test part in CNC12 lathe the relays light up the the drive knows if it should be in forward or revers however it just displays the lowest frequency (Hz) programmed into it and the motor will not spin. It is under load as it is more difficult to move when the test CNC12 part is working. I've attach the wiring I'm using and the VFD terminals. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Spindle Motor Under Load But Not Turning?
Did the Unidrive spin the motor before Acorn was attached? If not I'd start with going through the parameters to make sure they are set correctly and make the motor spin

The 0-10V analog speed command output from the Acorn should go to pin 2 or pin 5 of the Unidrive. NOT pin 4.
