I have seen some improvement by re-running the x axis auto tune and copying that to the Y axis. I feel the Y is where my issue remains.

Circles looking much better but will go out of round if I push past 100% feedrate. I'm going to run a full 4x8 sheet and check the results.

I cut A LOT of HDPE (3/8" and 3/4") and it cuts like butter. No real need for ramps and you can easily set the depth of cut to the bit diameter. I can cut 3/4" sheets in two passes with a good O flute bit from Amana. Maybe your machine is not as rigid as I think it is. Sounds like a motor setup issue maybe, not sure.

Yeah I agree. As I said in my first post, the nema 34 steppers were solid at this. Just lost steps once in a while.

I have pulled all my upgrades off, going back to my steppers for now. Will try again in the future when I have more time.
