So what can I do before connecting the lenze to acorn? What should I check. I don’t want another fireworks

Looks like the acorn is absolutely fine. The only thing I noticed doesn’t work are ethernet light but ethernet works just fine

Well, did you have the drive working with Acorn before? Was it wired BEFORE the firestorm?
It may be ok to connect. Good you tested the drive with a battery first. I would have done the same (Using a variable bench power supply)

Well, did you have the drive working with Acorn before? Was it wired BEFORE the firestorm?
It may be ok to connect. Good you tested the drive with a battery first. I would have done the same (Using a variable bench power supply)

It was connected when the fireworks happend. It never worked with acorn. I’ve tested it with battery only

I don't know the sequence of events that led up to the "fireworks" you do.
You have to determine the actual cause. Was it a stray whisker?
Was it the Lenze drive?

You should back track.

You said Acorn didn't pass the bench test until you made a change. But now it passes and is outputting the correct Analog voltage.
SO, maybe it will work? Are you feeling lucky...twice?

Have still no idea what case that firework. The place where the wire was on pcb is not burned at all. Only the area around ethernet. I plugged everything back up as it was apart from that lenze and everything works fine so if the lenze will work then I really don’t know what could have caused the firework

The damage looks typical of this. Measure the voltage between the PC RJ45 connector shell and the ACORN RJ45 shell. Do this with the cable unplugged or an unshielded cable. If there is AC or DC voltage, the grounds are not the same between the PC and ACORN.
