Hopefully your PC ethernet port wasn't damaged as well
It looks like it work

Lucky.
Start connecting only inputs and test again.
Then connect the axis drives
Test
Then connect outputs
Test
Before you connect the spindle drive, is it a typical Lenze VFD?
Post link to the manual and how you have it wired up to Acorn

Everything works apart from spindle..... still trying to set it up. I can’t get through spindle bench test but I will create new question for that. It is Lenze 534
Manual is here

http://www.lenze.org.ua/pdf/530_Speed_c ... 202_EN.pdf

And I have pin no 7 connected to com on acorn and pin no 8 connected to vout

So, your Lenze drive is a DC spindle drive.
DO you know if it has built in SIGNAL Isolation?
It is not a standard VFD.

IF your Acorn will no longer pass the spindle bench test, then my guess is that you blew the Spindle Analog Output on Acorn.

Please explain with a sketch how you wired Acorn to the Lenze drive.

Yep.. I will do that.. even that the board works which I’m really surprised

Also take a picture of the connections in the Lenze drive

I really have no idea if that lenze drive has signal isolation. Acorn already passed spindle bench test.. i had one setting wrongly entered. The lenze is connected with acorn with input NO 7 to com on acorn and input NO 8 to vout on acorn so it should work. I actually tested the lenze by connecting 3v battery to that 7 and 8 inputs and it worked

Are you saying now your Acorn passed the spindle benchtest after the "fire works" ?

Yes it did... I’m surprised as well. I had just one setting in setup wizard entered wrongly so therefore I get max 3 volts out of it..
