I haven't updated in a while - I"ve spent most of my time on a thread I created to understand why I wasn't cutting accurately - missing steps was the cause. Info herehttps://centroidcncforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=60&t=6472. Fixed with a differential driver board.
I am very happy with the operation of the machine but there is still many small projects to complete.
I am currently using a power strip to run the Acorn Power Supply, 2nd power supply, computer and monitor and using the power strip switch for power on/off -strictly a temporary solution https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uSfQhL ... sp=sharing. I'm looking for a solution that still allows all items to be turned on/off. I have a three receptacle din rail mounted outlet - I could use a switch to turn on/off. What is the general wisdom to supply 120VAC to items in the cabinet

https://youtu.be/MSQ4TyTzFkkI can finally make parts that are exactly the same. Thanks to kentonsj's differential board I am no longer losing steps and parts are coming out nicely.
Still a bunch of clean up to do to the mill but the hard part is over...9-)

The machine is nearing completion - everything is working but there are always things that need to get tidied up. Here is a link to show some pictures including projects that have been worked on https://photos.app.goo.gl/LLHf8M84eQYwP3ph6
The cabinet wiring has been cleaned up since this photo- note the differential driver board from Kentonsj https://photos.app.goo.gl/UosQPoqxd31yNG3B6
