Larry, read the manual for your drive and it'll tell you what 7 flashes means. We cannot know as we don't have the manual or even a link to your manual to tell you what's wrong. Download and read your drives manuals and you'll know what is happening. The Acorn is showing drive fault because you wired the ALM circuit from the drive to the Acorn. Sounds like an encoder wiring issue to me.

Secondly, those drives should be wired to the DB-25 port and not the Acorn headers. This could be another source of issues down the road.

manual
1 The value of position following error is set to small
2 Motor wiring error check wiring

Can't figure out why it work at first not second day

You don't need a cable, you need one of these from Amazon to wire the drives to:

and the wiring diagram along with ALL the documentation for the Acorn can be found here:

That error code tells me to check the encoder wiring, maybe you bumped a wire loose or it has a bad connection.
