Hey,
i have just upgraded to router pro and i have been trying to figure out how to program the vcp buttons for a while now and im struggling.
i have read through the guides.
i just want the stock router buttons to work, specifically, "reset home", "park" and the "set wcs x y 0" "go to machine 0"and go to wcs xy0
are they like standard macro codes that someone could just to me and i paste in orrr?
whats the easiest way to do it?
see attached report if needed
thanks.

They work after you have reset, CNC12 software is on line, homed the machine, set your part zeros.
Can you take a video and upload it to YouTube, mark it unlisted and SHARE a link here so we can understand what is going on?
The Virtual Control panel can be customized, but it doesn't have to be to use it.

Reset home was done when Cnc12 booted up, if that's what you mean?

Re: vcp button help
Did you happen to upgrade to 4.64 by restoring a an old report over the top of the new install?

Re: vcp button help
hi, your problems are from the use of a Mill report.zip with the Router software.
Router CNC12 installation instructions start on page 3 here.
https://www.centroidcnc.com/centroid_di ... ctions.pdf
DO NOT use the "Restore report" method , do not use a Mill (or Lathe) “report.zip” file with Router CNC12. In future versions of CNC12 Router, updating will be a simple matter of using ‘restore report’ but for this very first version (v4.64) Router needs to be setup with the Wizard as a clean fresh install (not using the restore report method).

Re: vcp button help
Take screen shots of your Wizard pages using windows snipping tool. The uninstall CNC12. Delete the directory. Then install a fresh copy of CNC12. Then using your screen shots, hand key in the settings in each wizard screen.
