If your relay board is not turning in when you force the outputs in, you've likely damaged the Acorn board.
$199 will get you another one.

Can you fire the laser in MDI by first issuing a M37 and then an Sxxx value?

I did find out that the laser runs from 250-500 Hz.
There is a lot of information on their website but it can be confusing.

Sword, I didn't try issuing a M37 code. That wouldn't work though if my relay board is not working, right?

If your outputs are set properly in the Wizard (LaserEnable), and wired up properly, M37 should energize the chosen relay and enable the controller and set 0% power. At that point, a S command should apply PWM power. You'll also need to have the PWM section of the Wizard set according to your power level requirements. I'm not familiar with Endurance Laser's stuff so.....

Edited...I'm not sure, but by the looks of your report, you don't have any outputs set for LaserEnable or PWM.

Edited...I'm not sure, but by the looks of your report, you don't have any outputs set for LaserEnable or PWM.
He says his outputs aren't physically working. He can't force them on from the diagnostic screen...

When I set my outputs, I keep losing the settings after saving them. I think this is because the relay board is not working. I will check voltage and make sure that it is getting to board first. If it is then I will have to get a new relay board.
The laser operates in the 500-1000 Hz range.

Configuring and saving output settings in the Wizard has nothing to do with the outputs.
Make sure you are clicking WRITE SETTINGS in the bottom of the Wizard page.
Yes, checking power supply voltages is standard.
You might revert back to a basic bench test, disconnecting anything on the DB25, unplugging the input terminals and the axis terminals from Acorn and doing some testing. I know one thing. you said you had not connected your 12VDC power supply common to the Acorn COM on the DB25. That means there is no return for the PWM circuit.

But at this point, you really need to back up and test your Acorn board. That is best done by disconnecting things and running a basic benchtest. You can manually trip all 8 inputs with a jumper from Acorn power supply COM touched off to each input while watching the Diagnostic screen (Alt i) and you can force the outputs on which in turn should turn on and off the outputs (Ctrl Alt F)

Please take a picture of your control cabinet and Acorn wiring and post it here please.

Able to troubleshoot relay board. Now up and running. When I originally set up the relays I have Output3 (Spindle Forward) to Relay 1, Output4 (Spindle Reverse) to Relay 2, Output 5 (Spindle Stop) to Relay 3. Not sure why but this is how it is.
I rewired the laser according to the schematic for NEJE Laser and set Output 7 to Laser Enable and Relay 1 connects? It is now a matter of matching up the output to the proper relay.

Everything else is working.
