with a fresh installation or did you use restore report or copy files from the original pc? need more info.

and post a fresh report.zip from the new pc

I did a fresh install when I tried the other pc. I have been in contact with centroid but do not have the problem solved. And they have the report.

is windows setup to "Run as Administrator"
