Great, how many flashes of the fault LED? This tells you what’s wrong, it’s in the manual. Do you have the proper power supply voltage and current for your motors and drives?

You didn’t say how many flashes you see on the fault LED. This info is not in any report.

I also see that you have the steps per rev set at 8000 in your most recent report. With the encoder you need to set this at 4000 as it's a quadrature encoder meaning times 4.
