Hi everybody, I have a general, or theoretical question. I run a CNC router with CNC12 router version.
Is it possible to create a second WCS? as in a custom macro assigned to a button?
The reason I'm asking is I sometimes work on two separate projects intermittently and often they are jigged up so that each workpiece is clamped up all square and ready to go. It would be nice to be able to jump over to project two, and then back to project one without having to re-zero the WCS.

ALT-1, ALT-2 from the keyboard. Just make sure that you don't have G54 or G55 in your files. Or, you can create two macros, one each with G54 and G55 in them, and assign them to two buttons. Again, make sure you don't have WCS callouts in your programs. Or, you can put the appropriate G54 or G55 in the programs and do nothing except run the program.
Cheers,
Tom

Re: Second WCS
Acron Free has one WCS, Acorn Pro has 8, and Acorn Ultimate has 16. Looks like you are running Acorn Pro so you should be good to go for up to 8 fixture locations.
Cheers,
