According to the manual Marty posted and your pics the drives are set to 2000 steps per rev. Look at the chart on the drive itself. Switch 5,6,7 & 8 in your pic is off, on, on, off, that’s 2000 steps per inch or a micro step factor of 10. I think your turn ratio is not correct and you shouldn’t set steps per below the minimum recommended number of 1600. I think something is still off.

If the drive dip switches are unchanged and therefore still set to 2000 steps you MUST match this in Acorn's Wizard by setting Steps / Revolution at 2000 as both Marty and Shawn have stated. Once set, this does not change

To achieve correct distance commanded vs actually travelled, you need to change the Overall Turns Ratio on each Axis. You should NOT adjust steps either on drive or Acorn as they must always match

hope this helps

No worries at all, I'm glad someone else chimed in. I'm hopeful neowalla will understand how he has it set up is not correct and make the necessary changes to get his system in order. It's only going to create problems later if he doesn't. Match the steps per rev on both Acorn (in the wizard) and the drives and then set the Overall Turns Ratio for your mechanical drive system.
