All my drivers dipswitch are setup like this. On Acorn I setup 6400steps/rev. I tried the 0.88422 rev/in ratio said in AXYZ manual and some fractions of pulley ratio but doesn't seems to fit...

So yes, it looks like the drive is set to 6400 steps per rev.
So then in the Wizard, you would set steps per motor rev to 6400 and leave it. I believe your documentation said it can take 500K steps per second, so go into the advanced tab of the Wizard and set it to 400K steps per second.
Then use the two guides I sent you to set up the overall turns ratio.
See how it goes.
