Yes i did exactlly what instructions say.
What about the A0 address 10.168.41.3 it say cnc12 automatically identify it but where i can see that addres? Or do i have to replace the ip address in the ethernet adapter, now it is 10.168.41.1 wich is for the acorn
start the wizard and click on the input screen and post a screen shot.

Shut the system down, Acorn, Ether1616, switch etc.
Start the CNCPC and catch up on your Windows updates, make sure you have them all updated.
When that is done, power off the PC.
Start the Ethernet switch, Acorn, Ether1616
Then power up the PC
Start CNC12. You should get a message that Ether1616 was detected, Acknowledge the message.
Once CNC12 has fully started, go into the Wizard Input screen. Ether1616 should be available to populate with inputs.
Post a fresh report when you have done all the above.

The report shows a lot of communication errors, such as
"452 Ethernet Communication Error, CNCPC to controller. See Tech Bulletin 270" and
"945 PC requested resend # 1"
These should be resolved before adding the extra complexity of the ETH1616. The first thing to try is removing the Ethernet cables from the cable tracks and away from power wires.

Sorry Matt,
I didn't see those until I got to my desktop.
Noel, this is from your error log (F7 Utility, F9 Logs, F1 Errors)
My cncpc detected the ether1616 card, the problem was windows update, it has been reset and updated, the first time i turn everything back on the 1616 card showed up onthe wizard window.

Ether1616 provides more inputs and outputs. It does not provide for another Axis.

it is the Acorn.SRC file. It can be edited and then must be compiled.
Once compiled it becomes the mpu.plc file which is NOT editable.
Be sure you know what you are doing....otherwise hire someone like Marc Leonard (cncsnw) or Centroid to do your PLC work.

Actually we paid one hour tech support to centroid friday but it was late in and could not get contact with them, hope monday we be able to contact someone from centroid.
Where i can get in contact with Marc Leonard? Just in case i need to, the only thing i need to get this job done is the automatic tool changer but yes plc it is for someone else.
Thanks
