So all I would be able to do is jog ? No setting or cycle start , feed hold, is that what functions you are talking about ?

You could probably make those work with the AllIn1DC or Oak, but not Acorn.

The one with the blue knobs "appears" to be the same one Centroid uses on Oak and All in On DC
It would use up a lot of inputs IF it could be made to work.

Buy the wireless MPG and save yourself the trouble. Or if miiney is an issue, get the Contuor Shuttle Express

Good new on being able to use the Contour shuttle - another + in the Acorn column. I am working to get my current control working with the thought that if I get it working properly the Acorn upgrade should be easier.

Why not just use your “wireless” keyboard. It does most everything you need with a lot less hassle. Oh, and you probably already one one. :mrgreen:

Is it possible to change the button functions? My current setup has x y z increment change and reset starting from the left.

XYZ movements always typically stay the same.
Router, mill or lathe.

I was just on you tube and came across the allin1 board but at 14:02 they talk about using the encoder port for lathe mpgs i wonder if this would work for the cheap mpg like I was talking about
