My C86ACCP is more than a month old. I have the REV2.

Would be nice if one of are users proficient with CAD and 3D printing could design and make some brackets for it.
Anyone? Anyone? :D
I'll have you covered! I'm going to be using the C86ACCP will be making a 3d printable bracket for it. I'll also provide the general dimensions of the combination that will be derived from 3D scan and hopefully a C86ACCP solid model.

Thanks,
Clay
Did you have an opportunity to make an stl file for a bracket to hold the C86ACCP securely to the Acorn board?

I just installed my C86ACCP and am experiencing the exact same scenario .
Motors jog for a second or two after a reset and then a drive Fault appears on the screen of CNC12 but I noticed that there was no green led on the C86ACCP BOARD and no fault leds lit for the Drive connections.
I'm using Molex connections to X Y and Z axisnof my mill.
This thread just "ends " without any stated resolution of this problem.
I also had to reverse the direction of each of my axes after connecting the C86ACCP .
One time I inadvertently disconnected the Z axis power cable and when powered up I did get a drive Fault withe the C86ACCP
Showing a green led and an accompanying Fault led for the Z axis .
I also have tried all permutations of software and Wizard settings.
Again , was this issue eve resolved for this thread or did it just end?

I had this issue and I went backed and checked the A axis jumper on the C86ACCP and it was enabled. After moving the jumper to the axis I wasn’t using, everything worked as it should have.

Thanks for your quick reply,
I'll double check this .

10-4. Check the slave axis also. Whatever you’re not using, move the jumpers to disable.

I checked and this doesn't appear to be the problem.
I disabled all the axes except the X axis and it does show a green light on the motor and the C86ACCP but even if I move the x axis a tenth of a thousandth there is the 2000ms delay a the CNC12 screen shows a drive Fault and the motor show Amber while the green light on the C86ACCP goes out but never shows a led for the X axis .
Sometimes the green led on the C86ACCP COMES ON AND GOES OUT AND RESETS BY ITSELF EVERY COUPLE OF SECONDS AND CONTINUES THIS CYCLE.

Did you disconnect all the motors from the C86ACCP that you disabled except for the X that is still enabled?

Yes, I did do that.
I disconnected the Molex connections to the C86 board for the Y and Z motors and then set all axes on the C86 to OFF as well as the unused A axis
I plan to individually check each axis this way and see what happens.
I put in an email request to Arturo Duncan as well
Another thought I had is to not use the Molex connectors on the board but instead use the wire connections on the C86 board instead .
Let me say that I do appreciate the interest you've displayed.
Thank You,
Ron
