Does your C86ACCP match my configuration?
Here are some pictures for reference.

Go into the Wizard. INPUT screen
Go down to input 5. CLICK on the 5 to turn it from RED (NO) to Green (NC)
Write settings
Exit CNC12, restart CNC12
Retest

I tried it with green(normally closed) but it did not work so I was trying to see if NO would work.

What happens in either case is that the motor jogs for a second, and then the LED in the motors turn yellow, and I get the "drive fault" message. After I reset the motors, and try to jog them, the same problem repeats.

Are you bench testing or are they on the machine??
You should have done all your testing on the bench first. The servos will run on the bench.
They need to be tuned once they are on the machine.

Let me ask this, once CNC12 is started and you reset CNC12 BUT before you try and home ore move the motors, are all the motors blinking green?

They are on the machine now. The motors were tuned using the Clearpath MSP.

And the motors are in fact blinking green when the CNC12 is started and reset. But before I reset the CNC12, its yellow.

Did you successfully bench test everything off the machine as you should have? THEN install them on the machine?

Unbelt the motors or take them off the machine. Get them turning off the machine first under CNC12 control.

I took the motors off the machine and I also removed the connection to the fault relay on the C86ACCP. However, I still faced the same "drive fault" error message. So I removed the DriveOk input from the Input definitions on the Wizard.

What happens now is that when I try to jog the motor(with no fault relay or driveok input, disconnected from machine), the motor stops for a second, with the light turning yellow, and it resets on its own and turns to green, and this cycle keeps repeating.

I was able to tune the motors without issues while I had the enable jumper to "hardware" and the active axis jumper to "off", but I have faced issues since making those changes(soft enable and active axis on).

How old is your C86ACCP? What revision is on it?
