Hi!
Is this normal, that i bought acorn kit from centroid website on friday with paypal and still no answer from sales? Whats going on, is my purchase successful or not? They took the money and did not send any confirmation.

First, the weekend happened, then the northeast got hit with 2' of snow Monday and Tuesday.
As far as no confirmation, did you pay with PayPal? Does your PayPal or bank account show the activity?

Then you have your confirmation the transaction went through, and since you used paypal your have recourse if Centroid does not ship your product. I'm sure your Acorn will be sent out as soon as someone can get into the office.

All good now. Mu phone application did not show centroid emails somehow. I check spam/junk all the time, and somehow i did not recive any emails from centroid Thanks for support
