Yes indeed. I think it looks a bit off because that was a screenshot from TeamViewer on my laptop. Looks better on the machine screen itself, although that 8" monitor is 1280 x 720 (same aspect ratio as 1920 x 1080). I was specifically looking for a 1920 x 1080, but this one sort of fell into my lap and it fit perfectly into my existing enclosure. If I build a new enclosure, I will definitely size it for a larger 1920x1280 monitor.

So, in my adventures of customizing the VCP, I found this in the manual regarding the big reset button in the lower-left. It says you can customize the graphic, just not the size or location. My question is: where is the part of the .vcp file that maps the .svg file for the reset button? Doesn't seem to be addressed in the default .vcp file that I am working with.

That's because they are fixed in size and location.

I did however edit all the buttons down there, hell, I edited EVERY button on the VCP. If you want to change the graphic that you can easily do as you know.

I can't find where that particular button is mapped in the .vcp file (it's not, in my file). Hell, I can't even find that .svg in my resource folder. :?

It’s in the button’s folder and the folder is called reset. You can change the graphic all you want. Just put the new SVG in that folder with and name it the exact same thing. You can’t edit the mapping only the button image.

Thanks Shawn, apparently I'm blind. Right where you said, and where I swear I've looked before. :?

It might sound silly, but this row of buttons is pretty much the reason I haven't already bought the Acorn yet for my Avid router. I am okay with the fake E-stop button, but I want a BIG yellow FEED HOLD in the bottom right corner of the screen and a green CYCLE START right next to it. It would be nice if they could all be the same size, but I'm getting the impression that's not necessarily possible. I would also be totally fine with having the cycle start button transition to a FEED HOLD button after pressing it initially to start the program - then that and the E-stop could be the same size.

Considering this doesn't show up in Centroid's official YouTube tech support channel tutorial, is there a place where I can read up on how to do this? I can't even try until I actually buy the hardware so I really need to see what is and isn't possible - and HOW.

Shoutout to Gary Campbell for steering me to this thread!

This is what I would like to see: Normally green for cycle start, but becomes feed hold when the program is running. I might be obsessed over little things like this, but it's literally the only reason I don't already own an Acorn. I'm so glad I finally found this thread!
