Positive Experience wioth centroid ordering.

New Acorn user here.
Just wanted to say that I have ordered several times recently from Centroid. Each time, I have received order confirmation immediately, followed up with shipping and tracking info shortly thereafter. Products have arrived WELL packed, secure and quickly.
If you are considering trying Centroid products, please note that I have been very pleased with how they handle purchasing and shipping.
Clearly Centroid is doing things right with their products online sales.
This has been my positive experience. If I had read a post like this 6 months ago when I started with Centroid/Acorn I would have been less apprehensive than I was.
Hope you have the same excellent experience I have had.

Centroid is a family run business with a great team. I have had the pleasure of meeting some of them.

I have never seen so much effort put into a control, improving hardware and software in such a short period of time, mostly based on customer feedback.
Over 4000 Acorns have been sold!

I ordered an Acorn system with pendant on Monday. Got confirmation same day. Tracking info the next day.
That's the way I like it!

Agreed. I believe when someone does a good job, they and others should know about it.
My Ether 16 arrived today 2 days after I ordered it. Was so pleased I pulled out my CC and bought a wireless pendant.
Spent tons of money over the years trying different products. Centroid was what I was looking for!

I’m about two and a half years since my first Acorn conversion on my router. Then a mill a year ago, currently working on a lathe and about to start a VMC Oak conversion for a friend. I’ve ordered what I consider a good bit of gear from Centroid in that time. Their service, speed of getting my orders out to me and response to questions and issues have been truly exceptional. Thank you Centroid team for building great products and listening to and working with your customers to continually improve.

Pendant showed up within 3 days. Packed well. Centroid ordering is keeping me happy!
Honestly the MPG is WAY NICER than I expected it to be. All buttons etc have a great positive feel. Manufacturing all seems very nice. Super good fit in my hand and the rubberized case is very nice.
I have not used it yet, but I was very pleased with the quality from what I have seen so far.
