Did you buy this Tool Setter? Thinking about adding support for such type of probes to the ProbeApp.

If you are using Fusion 360, check out my CNC12 specific Post Processor
If you are using a Touch Probe, Tool Touch Off Device or a Triple Corner Finder Plate, check out my ProbeApp

I did. I haven’t installed it yet. I can get on it though.

Please keep us posted how well this device performs. They claim repeatability of 5 micrometer. That means you could measure tool diameters with an accuracy of 0.01mm (0.0004").

I guess you could just use the body of a regular touch probe and make a holder that holds the body horizontally. Then replace the regular styli with this platform styli.

Hey did you get this setup? I'm working on setting my drewtronics tool touch up but can't get it to register. Any insight on how you hooked yours up would be awesome!

I'm interested in knowing more about the ability to measure the tool diameter, and how that would work with Acorn.
