I was feeding 240v into a contactor which had 240v going to the drive R/S and a 240v going through the line filters to the logic. I talked to a DMM rep about the issue and he was stumped. I went ahead and just wired it 120v to the logic and 240v to the R/S. There is no voltage increase at the logic side now.
That is quite bizzarre. Did it solve your problem?

It solved this problem, another now of course. Since I updated to 4.50, something happened with the VCP. My Z+ jog key is now bound to A- jog somehow and I'm trying to find the problem in the plc.

Its not the PLC.
Its the new VCP 2.0
Just change the button.

Yep the skin # was wrong for Z+ and X+.
