It solved this problem, another now of course. Since I updated to 4.50, something happened with the VCP. My Z+ jog key is now bound to A- jog somehow and I'm trying to find the problem in the plc.

Its not the PLC.
Its the new VCP 2.0
Just change the button.

Yep the skin # was wrong for Z+ and X+.
