So, I do a fresh install, copy atc files, and follow Lathe counter based. I put Sync bit on input 1 (without relay) on DB25 port, Counter on input 2 on DB25 port, and inputs work correctly ! In alt-i, it's ok for both of them. Why before it wasn't on input 3 and 4 I don't know, but today it's ok.

I follow instructions file (except E, F, G on file). Par.820 is on 1.

Rotatetoolturret on output 1 (output 2 last time) and it works !!! Why don't works on output 2 ? I don't know...

M18 works fine, but now I have an other problem (probably parameter settings), When I call a tool,"ATC timeout" when pass 1 tool position. If I call t0303 (or others), just passed t0202, "ATC timeout".
ALWAYS Post a Fresh Report when asking for help. We can't "SEE" what you "SEE" I need to look at your new report.

You MUST follow the schematic that comes with the ATC Program that you are using. (Including the INPUTS and OUTPUTS, those are coded into the PLC)
Now it seems you are telling me you are back to using the LATHE_TURRET_COUNTER program? Which one are you going to use? You have to settle on something. Please open the diagnostic screen (Alt i) and see if BOTH Input 1 and Input 2 are going green and red (Opening and closing).

Please post a video of what you are doing and what the turret is doing please. Upload to YouTube and then SHARE a link here.
Clarify if you are back to using the LATHE_TURRET_COUNTER program now.
(And post a FRESH report)

Here is report file.

Now nothing works...

Here are youtube links to see what happening.

In 1st vidéo, you can see alt+i pannel, input 2 is turret tool counter, and input 1 turret sync. With output 1.

If I use inputs and output like schematic, tool counter doesn't work. Why ? I don't know. I tested output 1, and all was working, but I shut down computer and lathe, and now doesn't work again.

In 2n vid, you can see message when I put m18 on MDI. I can let some minutes, no changes.
In 3rd vid, you can see when I put T0404 on MDI.

Whenever you make progress (get things working or partially working) STOP and create a report. Save it rename it Turret working.

You may need to call in and pay for Centroid Support....

No, its OK Gordon.
The thanks you can give is showing your machine running and posting in the Success Stories forum:
viewforum.php?f=57
AND spreading the word about Acorn and this forum!

NOW SAVE A working REPORT (on and OFF the CNC PC) and POST it here. It can help someone else like you in the future!
