Are you still working off one sensor timer based?
(The one input would tell the control TOOL 1)

I will TRY and look at your report as soon as I can....

You don't have parameter 820=1 (Lathe) (its 5.D in the instructions)
Please set that and give it a try....

Also, set Parameter 975 to 2200 (2.2 seconds) that worked for me in the past.

FYI
I loaded Lathe Version 4.5 on my bench test rig
I followed the Lathe ATC Instructions for Lathe Turret Counter STEP by STEP and I could command a tool change and OUTPUT 1 (Rotate Turret) would index the turret for 2.2 seconds and then turn off

Yes 1 sensor timer because the other sensor doesn't activate on acorn for counter.

Parameter 820 now 1, tested with 2200 on 975, same problem, output 2 doesn't activate.

No, use the lathe. You have the license for it.
If it still doesn't work, I would take screen shots of your Wizard pages using the Windows snipping tool, print all the pages out. The rename the CNCT directory CNCT - old.

Then do a complete fresh install. Using CNC12 4.50 and the latest lathe ATC program and follow the ATC instructions STEP by STEP.

Then test the ATC not with M18.
Just MDI T0101, T0202 etc.
You can also press the index button on the Virtual control panel which should index your turret provided you relay and turret motor are wired correctly.

Hello !

So, I do a fresh install, copy atc files, and follow Lathe counter based. I put Sync bit on input 1 (without relay) on DB25 port, Counter on input 2 on DB25 port, and inputs work correctly ! In alt-i, it's ok for both of them. Why before it wasn't on input 3 and 4 I don't know, but today it's ok.

I follow instructions file (except E, F, G on file). Par.820 is on 1.

Rotatetoolturret on output 1 (output 2 last time) and it works !!! Why don't works on output 2 ? I don't know...

M18 works fine, but now I have an other problem (probably parameter settings), When I call a tool,"ATC timeout" when pass 1 tool position. If I call t0303 (or others), just passed t0202, "ATC timeout".
