Tool Library - Knurling Tool

Post by tashaner1123 »

I can't find a Knurling Tool in the Tool Library. My goal is to turn a part, change to the Knurling tool and then knurl a portion of that part.
I see an option for CUSTOM but it leaves the name as Custom and may not work for a knurling tool.

Is there such a tool in the library that I can't see or what are folks doing to add one? I can't be the only one..

Dana, Centroid's Lathe specialist and Research, Development & Manufacturing Engineer suggests:
He can use Custom but can not change the name or describe it as an OD turning tool. It would be set up as an OD tool with nose vector 8.
