Report attached..

Calibrated Z and X revs/inch and backlash. Multiple runs shows it dead on.
Loaded The Pawn. Had to make a change as it was starting my spindle CW. Changed the M3 to an M4

Set Z0 at the face of the part, set X to the diameter of my stock making X0 the centerline. Started the code and got this..

Any initial thoughts? Thinking maybe I used the wrong tool..

Show us a picture of the tool you used?
Also, details of the machine, what drives/axis motors?

Do you really have .029" of backlash on X? You really need to fix that:

Axis Label Motor Encoder Lash Comp. Limit Home Dir Screw
revs/in counts/rev. (inches) - + - + Rev Comp
1 Z 5.0946 2000 0.0040 0 0 0 0 Y N
2 X 6.1894 2000 0.0290 0 0 0 0 Y N

The X axis does show that backlash. It’s belt driven.
Kit from BDTools USA
Hybrid motors in parallel
Microsteos set to 2000. Am I correct in that regard on my motor settings? Default 1600 and I set to 2000 assuming that referred to steps.

You need to fix the backlash in X
Not familiar with what BD Tools sells. You should post make and model number of the drives and motors
