After all the problem I went through, Finally I got the machine setup the way I want.
Now it's time to setup the Precision.
After do some research I end followed the step from the Video below (Thanks Marty).



I draw simple square and circle with Aspire to test the accuracy.
Boy oh boy....its spot on....

with helped from ProbeApp (Thanks Swissi) , I start my cut.

at 1st I only expected +/- 1% is good enough for me. since im doing this just for hobby not production.
But the final result really surprised me

I spent almost 2 hours to get my servo dialed up (New User), but its well worth it.
If anybody have better suggestions, Im all ears...
Now time to tram the machine....

Thanks Everybody...and what a Great Community, I didn't regret spend more money with Acorn instead other board and software.
