Tool post moved and tool offsets

Post by vw_chuck »

So I had an issue that stalled my 1 hp lathe and I think but I am not sure that the quick change tool post rotated a little.
Question 1 is there any way to check in the software to see of the tool post did move?
Question 2 IF I do re square it up will the tool offsets change for all my tools?

You technically crashed your machine. You need to reset everything including a rehome. Nothing magical that can help you...
DID your control fault? It should have if your spindle drive faulted and had a fault output and it was wired to Acorn. Everything should have stopped with the fault.

Marty,
No I had the feed set to high. I also don't have RPM input on my lathe. Thanks that is what I thought.
