The CNC12 manual says "Most M-Series CNC M functions from 0 through 90 can be fully customized" but there's no M26 in the folder. It's called when the homing operation is performed, so I thought I'd have a look at the contents to see how it works.
I assume it's a "special" function that can't be seen or opened? No biggie for me but I was wondering how the MCS zeros were set. Presumably hard wired to set the appropriate system parameter, rather than by use of a G code.
Can anyone satisfy my curiosity?
Where is M26?

M26 is an internal command. Re: Where is M26?
Aha, thanks Marty.
Is there a similar function used on other systems such as Fanuc etc, like a G or M code? I wonder how it is handled - I must dig out Peter Smid and have a look....
