VCP fast/slow jog button does not work

The fast/slow fog speed on the virtual control panel has quit working after I turned off the smoothing. I have tried several things, but no success. The latest report is attached. What do I need to do to restore the fast/slow jpg toggle?

If you are stuck in "Slow" mode, it is more likely that your control thinks that a probing device is tripped.
