Some observations:

- You are attempting to install the v4.50 software from within the ZIP file which is not the recommended procedure. Unzip the ZIP file to desktop or elsewhere and then run the SETUP.EXE from there.

- Your 2 screenshots of the PING attempts do NOT show any success whatsoever from the Acorn (10.168.41.2). All they show is that the loopback to your PC succeeds but the Acorn fails to respond with 1 ping "Destination Host unreachable" and then 3 pings "Request Timed out"

- Your theory that Win10 was removed prior to shipping seems odd as the first entry in the log file is 03-03-2019. This suggests that the CNCM folder remained intact and you reloaded Win10 with Repair or similar instead of a complete reinstall from scratch.

Your problems could therefore be the result of a defective Win10 installation that the "Repair" has not corrected. If all else fails, certainly worth copying the CNCM folder with latest report and licence file to a thumb drive and doing a completely new Win10 installation, ideally reformatting the hard drive. That said, a Teamviewer session with Centroid, as Marty suggests, may be the preferred approach in the first instance

Sounds to me like either reloading Windows 10 on the current PC and then a FRESH copy of CNC12 4.5 and HAND keying in all your values might be in order. First Take screen shots of all your Wizard screens using the Windows 10 SNIPping tool and print them out for reference.
Keep a copy of the report handy because all the values are in there too and it can be printed out.

I was just trying a friends computer to install test prior to cleaning my computer and reloading fresh new CNC12 4.5 per your suggestion. I now can’t get Heartbeat even with only power to Acorn. Tried both of my BBG’s and debricked but still no Heartbeat. Debrick has 4 less on new BBG but no led is lit on the original BBG. I have gotten Heartbeat with original BBG I’m the past.

Ping to acorn is good, but no communication from Acorn. I believe Acorn is bad?

Can’t get report since no connection...

You are clearly struggling. I asked for pictures of your control cabinet. A video of what you are "Seeing" would be helpful.
I asked where you are located (*maybe* a Centroid Acorn user near by could lend a pair of eyes) and I suggested you load Teamviewer and contact Centroid for support.

If you want to send me your Acorn board for testing, I will do that for you. PM me if you want to take me up on the offer and we can discuss.

I'm out of suggestions otherwise.
