Acorn License (Resolved)
Hey everyone and Centroid employees are the Sales team out where you send reports to get Pro and Digitized License. My 1st one I sent in and same day I got email back and now we’ve built 2 more machines and I sent reports in for both machines and didn’t hear anything so I sent them in again yesterday and still didn’t hear anything today from a email. Just checking to see if something has changed from the way I originally did it. I came on here to see if anyone knew something I didn’t if anything has changed on the way it shows on the videos ect.

Licenses were not purchased through us, but via a re-seller. This was resolved when the re-seller eventually purchased the licenses from us.
