Npn nc proximity sensors (Resolved)

I don’t understand how to wire this. Here’s the diagram. My sensors won’t all function when I do it the way I think it’s supposed to go.

Would somebody tell me where to find the document / manual shown in the picture of the original post? Is that a Centroid Acorn document ormaybe from a proximity switch vendor?

I have not found that one and suspect it will answer many of my questions.
