The Operator's Manual is probably as good a place as any to start.

Both of the Intercon programming examples at the end of the Intercon chapter make use of Profile cycles.

Confidence is the feeling you have before you fully understand the situation.
I have CDO. It's like OCD, but the letters are where they should be.

What is the difference 24IN and +24 board conectorc, both are +24V???

The QS6 takes the same signals as the QS7, I recently had one fail and was able to do a straight swap with a QS7

I'm not sure which schematic you need. Have you got the spreadsheet that I originally posted when I connected the QS6 to the Centroid? The datasheet for the driver itself is on the Adtech website.

Yes, i have it.

I dont understand

Acorn Board Connector

24in have +24vdc

and +24V have too +24vdc
Why is the difference??

Why alm+ is not used.???

I probably didn't connect the alarm, even though it is a nice addition to a cnc system. There is no reason why you cant use it if you want to.
The system needs some form of electrical connectivity, so that the servo driver knows unambiguously when it receives a step or direction signal from the controller. I think that the 24v and Gnd on the controller and the servo drive need to be linked for this reason.
