The system needs some form of electrical connectivity, so that the servo driver knows unambiguously when it receives a step or direction signal from the controller. I think that the 24v and Gnd on the controller and the servo drive need to be linked for this reason.
The problem with Chinese hardware is that there is very little documentation.

It would be nice to have a schematic diagram of the connection between the servo motor driver and the controller.

What connector did you use to connect each pin of the motor driver wiring?

I'm not sure what it is to which you refer? Are you referring to the connection betwwen the Acorn board and the Servo driver?

Dont worry, the physical connector of QS7 is different that QS6.

CN1 Signal controller terminals in QS6 manual is better explained that QS7.

Sorry I'm not sure what you mean there. I recently replaced a faulty QS6 controller with a QS7, and unless my memory fails me, it was just a drop in replacement. I did have to reconfigure the software in the controller to be the same as the failed QS6.

QS6 CN1 connector is not the same like QS7 CN1 in all models.

Maybe you have just the same controller, but there are in QS7 different motor controllers according to power.

Tomorrow I will make the conversion to move the motors according to the indications of this thread, I would like very much that there is already a schematic for that brand of motor controllers in the acorn diagrams.

Hopefully all is well.

You know when I started to make the conversion I thought they were connected the same as XHC/mach3, and I only gave importance to convert the sensors. It was thanks to this thread that I realized that the connection between acorn and the motor controller was not the same.

I don't understand much about the alarm issue either

There is one that says
ALM-
ALM+

You connect the COM to ALM- and ALM+ to the ACORN input??

The truth is that Adtech documentation is very poor.

I agree with you about the quality of the English version of Adtech's manuals. I can't remember what I did with the Alm, I'm guessing that I did as you said.

I have 04 servo alarm (04 axis)

How do I transform 04 alarm signals (4 axes) from each motor driver to only 1 general axis error alarm?

Are the drive fault signals normally open or normally closed from the drive?
If normally open (No fault) just put all 4 of them to the Acorn input and assign to DriveFault
If normally closed and they can't be changed in drive software to normally open, then run each axis fault output to a small 4 channel relay board like this one, series the NC contacts of the relay board, one end goes to Acorn power supply COM and the other end to Acorn DriveFault Input. If any drive faults, it will activate its relay and open the circuit.
