I currently have a copy of Acorn Mill Pro and an Acorn CNC Controller.
If I purchase another controller, can I use the same copy of Mill Pro
for both controllers?

Nope. Software license is linked to the individual controller. You CAN use the pro license on multiple computers, but can only control the Acorn it is licensed to.
