Acorn cnc controller hook up schematics files (RESOLVED)

I have been trying to open up the S15031 DWG. file .I use Solidworks and also have Mastercam to open up DWG files but have had no results.
Some files will open and others wont, of course the file I want to edit for my application just will not cooperate.
Any Ideas ?

I was able to open it as a drawing but not a sketch in SW2020.
