If you don't post the offending code, along with a fresh report, we can't help you....nothing to look at

What does the code have to do with it?

You made this statement, "There where changes made so that the single point threading would get out of the thread fast enough to not cut a relief."

I just wanted an example of the code you were using that generated the concern along with a fresh report.

I had a lot of mysterious problems like this. At the time my machine was on one switch that cut power to everything at one time. It would just cut power to the computer without doing the shut down routine.
I got religious about shutting the computer down properly and never had the problems again.

That was a example of some of the setting in the control panel that was changed that I don’t want to loose. The threading program was generated with the conversational. But that is not the job I was running when this took place. I haven’t threaded anything in mouths.

post a fresh report.zip, otherwise no free support:-))

from the screen shot you posted you are running very old CNC12 version. free support for any version older than v4.5 has ended.

update your system to v4.5 for free support. viewtopic.php?f=60&t=4457
