Generali,

you are running CNC12 version 4.18 on a Windows 7 machine!!!!

CNC12 on Windows 7 is NOT supported. While it does work for some people, you should not come here and expect help.

Generali,

I can't tell for sure if this is the problem but it just doesn't make any sense trying to tack down a problem if you are running an outdated version of CNC12 on an unsupported version of Windows.

What I can tell you is that I ran an air-cut of your file that you posted and I got tons of Warning messages

- 905 0 radius arc
- 906 unknown arc

but the program ran to the end without stopping.

I highly suggest you upgrade to the latest version of CNC12 v4.20.1 and upgrade Windows to version 10 first before trying to solve this problem.

Swissi is correct. Get your software updated and get a Windows 10 PC meeting the MINIMUM System Requirements.

BEFORE you run a program, do you press F8 to graph the part to see if there are any errors before running it?
You can see above there are Y and Z axis exceeded errors.
Hard to say what the issue is.
Do get the PC upgraded and update to 4.20.1. Take screen shots of all your Wizard settings so you can hand enter them into 4.20.1

E2180 has a single thread performance of 789. Centroid needs 1500 or higher for mills. The stopping you are experiencing could be caused by data starvation.
Cheers,

Tom
