Pro license file never sent

Is the long delay in receiving my Pro mill license due to the shut-down of business's?
It is now about 30 days waiting.

It happened to me too. The problem is that the license is sent to the email address on your PayPal account. I no longer have access to that email address so I called and they resent it immediately to my new email address. They also said it could be in my spam folder.

Include a copy of your receipt.
NEVER takes 30 days, though the Covid issue had them off kilter like everyone else.

please send a fresh report.zip along with your paypal email receipt and the license file will be sent out within an hour.
