I had to take some pictures today of Acorn and a G540. So I set them up on the bench, plugged in 3 stepper motors, Estop button with TWO NC contact blocks, one block for Acorn Estop Circuit and one block for G540 Estop Circuit. Programmed G540 only in the Wizard, wrote the settings and had all three motors turning. I hope it helps you somewhat. https://photos.app.goo.gl/JtJVthB9QH6zBhR7A
