I have a simple NEMA 42 mounting plate that I am programming in Camworks and I cannot get the contour operations to function properly on 4 slots.
I have MillDemo (4.14 Offline) on my CAD/CAM computer and when I load the code in there it graphs fine. See picture MillDemo
When I load it on my CNC Control (ACORN) computer it does not graph or cut properly. (4.20.1) See picture. There are 4 cap head screw slots. Strangely the second slot contours correctly, however the 1st, 3rd and 4 on the larger slot do not. I does a lead in and lead out and that is it.
Report attached as well as the pictures and code

Re: Contours not working right on slots
In the report for the Acorn Parameter 99 is set to 10 it should be only 1 or 2. I recommend setting it to 2. This could be the problem. Check parameter 99 on Demo software and see what it is set at. The Demo is probably set correctly. To get to the parameter screen. F1 -Setup, F3 - Config - Password 137 (If set to require password) F3 Parms. First page far right bottom for parameter 99. Same way to get to for Demo and Acorn.
