Hello,
I am looking for a wiring diagram for adding a wired mpg to the Acorn board (Acorn board was just purchased a few months ago and upgrade not yet complete). I have searched this forum high and low, and only come up will topics on using a wireless MPG unit, never even a mention of connections for a wired unit. I am starting to think that it is possibly not an input option on this control. Am I correct?
The build is to replace the controller on a ProLight mill (for those not familiar -the unit is 1hp but very small). Since the MPG would be installed directly on the machine I am not interested in anything wireless. The MPG I installed on our AllinOne Bridgeport V2XT control upgrade works out very well, and was hoping to also install on this project. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks
Joe

Re: Wired MPG and acorn board
Its not an option to use another MPG as far as I am aware.
Unless you use the wired Shuttle (not an MPG).

Correct. The only MPG pendant that is compatible with Acorn is the Centroid Wireless MPG

Re: Wired MPG and acorn board
The only pendant that is supported is the Centroid Wireless Pendant. No others will work

Re: Wired MPG and acorn board
Spend the money on the Centroid wireless MPG. It was engineered to work with the software.
If money is an issue, use the Contour Shuttle Express.
