I ended up just buying a Sherline spinner. Now I can do what Dzuricky did and save my 5c spindle for other stuff...
It's the big bore with a 1/2 tool holder. I had to make a base and a pedestal, but that was fun.

Gary...
None of the videos shown above were examples of inverse time mode. They were 3 different examples of operations on 2 different machines that used both a stepper motor (last 2 videos) for 4th axis rotary (indexed) work and either a servo or variable speed DC motor for turning. (1st video).

All of the above were done using Vectric VCarve Pro to generate the toolpaths, some with highly modified post processors.

This video was done as a first test using G93 feature when it was added to Vectric products:
