touch screen not work

Hi
After I update to CNC PRO in 11/08/2019 after I got from centroid the wireless MPG - WMPG-4 and the Dell PC too, I not used the CNC from the date until today, I was out the USA, and I find out my touch screen not work anymore, I don't know If have to do with the update that I did for the MPG, I try google to fix the touch but not able the fix, you are able the help me?

Touch screen problems are usually a USB connection between the touch screen and the PC. You bought the DELL all in One PC from Centroid? or is the PC and the monitor separate? If you bought the Dell all In One PC from Centroid, unplug the Wireless MPG, reboot the computer. BEFORE you start CNC12, at the windows desktop, see if the touchscreen works. If it does, plug the Wireless MPG transmitter into a different USB port. REBOOT the computer, try the touchscreen at the Windows desktop and THEN start CNC12 and retry.

My touchscreen on a new computer showed the monitor as "Generic monitor". I updated the driver and the touchscreen function returned.
