New router build
New build started a 5 x 12 foot Gantry style machine with tool changer. I am planing on using use an Acorn with the New I/O board.
Attached is picture of the frame.
Yaskawa Sigma 7 Motors and Drives, Tool changer and vacuum Table will be fitted to the machine progress pictures will be posted as the build progresses.
Ballscrews all axis with Driven Nuts on X and Y 10HP spindle with tool changer.

Ivve got a 2x3 meter work area moving gantry steel router and i got ball screws with driven nuts for the Y coming within a month or so.
