You should post a report.
How are you "loading" the file?

Along with your report, can you post a screenshot of the error message?
What is the exact file name?

I did a search on the Internet for a Windows 913 error. This is what I found:

"Error 913 and other critical malfunctions can arise when the Windows operating system becomes overloaded with invalid system references, corrupted or missing registry files, malware and outdated device drivers. These problems commonly occur due to a lack of regular PC maintenance. As a computer operating system gets older, errors and crashes start to become more frequent and problematic."

And the version from the CNC12 manual:
913 error.JPG
Which is why I asked for a screenshot, to see if it was a Windows or CNC12 error message
