this also allows us to run our system exactly the way yours is configured.. without this information everything is just guessing.
So sorry that i haven't post the report from the above discussion.
Actually, the problem has been solved already without doing anything.
However, I post the report for both V4.18 and after update to 4.20 for your reference.
I also attached the G-code that I test. This code was run post processor from sheetcam.
I edited post processor property myself to remove M06 for tool change which i don't need to change tool for Waterjet.

When I run the program it will show T1 on the display, and run perfectly without any problem now.
Thanks again for all of your help.

If its using T1 then go into the Tool Offset library and give T1 your diameter value. The software uses the diameter to give you a representation on the graphic display.

I also dont use the tool library but I did set the first 5 tools up with a diameter of .0625 just so I can see the trail if needed. My most complex job uses 5 tool changes so I figured that would be enough.

Well, the clamp.tap file you attached does not call out a tool change so Centroid doesn't know which tool diameter to use for graphing.
Cheers,

Tom
Confidence is the feeling you have before you fully understand the situation.
I have CDO. It's like OCD, but the letters are where they should be.
